Chemical constituents of diterpenoids from Isodon japonica var.galaucocalyx were studied. The compounds were isolated by column Chromatography and the structures of these compounds were elucidated by means of spectral analysis. The antitumor activity was determined in vitro by the SRB assay. Five compounds were isolated and identified as Rabdesinate(Ⅰ),Epinodosin(Ⅱ),Lasiokaourin(Ⅲ),Epinodosinol(Ⅳ) and Oridonin(Ⅴ),respectively. These compounds have significant cytotoxicity against Bel-7402 and HO-8910. Compounds Ⅲ,Ⅳ,Ⅴ of them were obtained form I.japonica var.galaucocalyx for the first time.

蒲黄为香蒲科植物水烛香蒲Typha angustifolia L、东方香蒲Typha orientalis Pres1或同属植物的干燥花粉。为临床常用中药,中医理论认为该药性味甘平、归肝、心包经,具有止血、镇痛、化瘀、通淋的功效。近年来,随着对蒲黄研究的逐步深入,其药理活性越来越受到重视,临床应用范围也在不断扩大,本文就蒲黄的药理学活性作一综述,以期为蒲黄的进一步研究提供参考。
