Baby hamster kidney cells(BHK-21) were infected with the live vaccine strain Bartha of pseudorabies virus(PRV).The viral DNA was extracted from infected BHK cells and identified by PCR.The virus titer was determined by calculating median tissue culture infective dose(TCID50),and the results showed that the titer was about 103.25TCID50/mL.The virus was purified by sucrose density-gradient centrifugation and then analyzed by SDS-PAGE,which represented more pure protein bands of the virus.
