From the perspective of performance and universality, this paper analyzed the characteristics of typical technologies for personalized recommendation system, and then made a basic architecture for the improved model. With the architecture, this paper introduced a personalized recommendation model in e-commerce system. The model is based on an n-tiers structure and the TOPSIS algorithm, first standardize the user evaluation indexes, and then determine the indexes weights according to user's needs, and finally calculate the personalized recommendation results. This model can be applied to a variety of e-commerce applications, especially for the e-commerce application with structured or semi-structured products such as digital books, journals and other publications.
Workflow technology is an important aspect of management informatization and a major technology of parallel project engineering as well. Business process of publishing industry is normative and patterned. So it is appropriate for applying Workflow theory and technology. Using workflow management, publishing houses can implement business process reengineering and make their business more rational, then improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the business process. In this paper, we introduced the foundation concept and research scope of workflow technology, and made some suggestions on the application of workflow in publishing houses management.
Two-dimensional code has been widely used in mobile commerce. With the information contained in the code, a purchase always happened. For mobile user, the convenience and security is important. This paper analyzed the shortages of S/KEY OTP system in mobile commerce identity authentication and suggested an improved one-time password system based on bidirectional virtual authorization in mobile application systems. From the results of simulation, the new system has more convenience and security than the original one.

On one hand, this suggestion can reduce the calculation stress of both client and server, accordingly increases the efficiency of authorization and withstands the DoS attack. On the other hand, the suggestion can implement the bidirectional authorization and reduce the possibility of fishing attack.
