为解决跨度大于30 m的超大型隧道结构防排水施工中铺设难、焊缝多、易掉落、质量不易控制等技术难点,提出一种"环纵导排系统+复合土工膜+喷涂高弹性涂膜防水层+自密实混凝土+接缝防水"组合的新型防排水体系.从排水角度介绍环纵排水盲管、凹凸排水板及泄水管等导排系统的设计组成、布置方式及可维护性设计;从防水角度介绍复合土工膜隔离防渗双重特性、喷膜防水层性能指标及喷涂设计、自密实混凝土结构及接缝防水设计、施工工艺及关键技术等内容.实践研究表明,该新型防排水体系能够适用于超大跨度隧道结构,施工安全可靠,施工工效高,综合性价比好,防水效果优良.
Taking Qingdao metro line No.3 Dunhua road station as the research object,considering the key factors of engineering design and application,the structural layout,lining support and construction planning is studied.Meanwhile,FLAC3D is used to establish a 3D numerical model,simulating the construction process of station.The results show that the cavern number of subsurface excavation tower column structure subway station is large,the force of structure is complex and the effect of 3D space is significant.The design of tower column structure takes advantage of the self-supporting characteristic of surrounding rock.The results will provide reference of the design and construction of the tower column type subway station,and the practical value of this study is significant.
