The controller unit of this mini-machine control-system is composed by Atmega8 MCU,which has a high capability and low price, the apperceive pieces of pipe-mini-machine in the pipe collects inter-pipe surroundings information,then upper computer deals with these information,Atmega8 MCU can read and store these data,and emit velocity control signal by wireless data transfer,velocity sensor incepts these signals,then operates with PID,then changes the slgnal into voltage signal,and the signal will control the electromagnetism circuit,achieve all kinds of actions.The Atmega 8 MCU has a high velocity to execute,handle code rapidly,the hardware circuit and periphery circuit are relatively predigest,and easy to debug.
The instrument system in the HTV,using the MC9S12DP256 as its core processor unit,adopted embedded technology and metrical technology of virtual instrument to analyze,process and display all kinds of information of vehicle condition synthetically.After upper computer deals with the information of vehicle condition which it has received,it will display on the traditional dial instruments the processed information,such as engine rotation speed,mileage,the volume of oil and water temperature,etc,and synthetically on the LCD monitor the property of the HTV.The controller-cored dashboard system simplifies the process of development and enhances the real-time of the system,boasting its rich content and easy-read information.
This paper introduced the tobacco cutter line of cigarette factory.PLC was adopted as working procedure controller to realize the automation of the system.SIEMENS S7-300 PLC was adopted as the controller.The controller system was PID regulates,man-machine interface was touching-screen and the high precision discharger was used,and the implement mechanism was made of air-force-proportion-regulate-valve and the relevant electric-transform-apparatus.So this system has high reliability,the data are accurate and reliable.It is operated simply and clearly.
