为研究NaOH处理打破紫椴种子休眠的效果及NaOH处理后对紫椴种子萌发过程中贮藏物质的影响,采用不同质量分数NaOH处理紫椴种子,结合变温层积,定期统计发芽势、发芽率,并在层积过程中定期随机取样进行贮藏物质的测定.结果表明:30%NaOH处理1.5 h对紫椴种子休眠解除效果最好,发芽势平均为38%,发芽率平均为71.66%,20%NaOH处理1.5 h及10%NaOH处理6h效果次之.与对照相比,NaOH处理后种子在整个层积过程中,淀粉、可溶性蛋白和可溶性糖含量显著下降,淀粉酶活性变化剧烈,呈“W”型.说明NaOH处理能够有效地解除紫椴种子的休眠,同时有效地改善了种子的透水透气性,在一定程度上加速了紫椴种子休眠解除过程中生理生化反应的进程.
本文结合我国林业现状和发展趋势,对我国林业发展的新形势和地方林业发展的对策进行了初步探讨。
The suitable temperature conditions on the seed germination and effects of temperature on substance transformation of Tilia amurensis Rupr. seeds during germination were discussed. Germination percentage and germination index was examined in 5 constant temperature and 4 alternating temperature. The effects of two temperature regimes on substance of Tilia amurensis Rupr. seeds during germination were discussed. Results showed that the optimum alternating and constant temperature regimes were 15℃/10℃ and 10℃ respectively under the darkness condition. When the temperature was over 20℃ , the germination percentages decreased. When the stratified seeds germinated over 25℃ , the amylase activity of seed were restrained, the decomposition of starch was slow, and the metabolism of soluble and sugar was restrained, thereby the seeds cold not germinate normally.
