In this paper,a single battery circuit for electric vehicle is presented. Circuit with TLP521 optocoupler as the core device. The model TMS320F281 DSP is used as the core processor,and the software design of the acquisition circuit is provided. The acquisition board is calibrated to improve the accuracy of acquisition. In the automotive requirements under the temperature of at the temperature of-20-80,the relationship between the output voltage and input voltage of the test indicates that the input voltage and the output voltage is linear in the required temperature, meet the voltage range of measurements of single cell. The utility model has the advantages of low cost,high linearity,safe isolation,etc.,and is suitable for large-scale production of automobile industry.
In the control of SRM,rotor position detection is an important link. Resolver is a kind of high-precision angular position sensor. This paper introduce a method to detect rotor position ,using decoder chip-AD2S1210 for resolver decoding,to transfer the output voltage into angular position of the rotor, and designed the peripheral circuits of decoder chip,and control AD2S1210 chip and read data from AD2S1210 by STM32F103 chip,detecting the rotor position accurately.
In the light of the battery efficiency and life span are caused by the difference of the single cell, a design and control strategy of active equalization circuit based on lithium iron phosphate battery is proposed. Using constant current source charging mode , the DC/DC constant current source based on Buck circuit is designed. The use of DSP digital PI control PWM to realize the charging current stable constant current source, DSP through the CAN communication control relays to achieve the closure of under voltage battery charging. The relays are used as the switch device , and the relay adhesion detection circuit is designed. According to the equilibrium model , MATLAB/Simulink is used to simulate and analyze the feasibility of the principle of balance control. In the vehicle experiment , successfully realized on section 105 of lithium iron phosphate battery equalization control , guarantee a better consistency, so as to improve the battery life, achieves the accurate and efficient equilibrium effect.
The purpose of the paper is to achieve on-board charger of battery fast charging.Applied to the simple circuit of boost,the paper designed a charager power factor correction control strategy,calculated the circuit parameters,finally developed a rated output power of 8 kW prototype,and achieved the battery DC pulse charging.The prototype has excellent performance ,safe and reliable characteristics.
开通角、关断角对开关磁阻电动机转矩、效率有较大的影响,因此在开关磁阻电动机调速中角度位置控制尤为重要.制定了不同转速的相通断导通逻辑,针对变角度区对角度精确度的要求,分析了硬件电路实现的缺点,提出了通过软件实现角度控制.以TMS320F2812为控制核心,利用定时器来进行变角度的定时,利用捕获单位捕获三相位置信号作为相中断,编写程序,并进行实验验证.实验结果表明,所提出的角度位置控制方案与理论分析一致,具有较好的效果.
针对低速电动车使用的小功率开关磁阻电动机,设计了对应的驱动系统.采用不对称半桥结构作为主电路,应用铝基板散热方案,解决了主开关器件功率MOSFET的散热问题.针对控制电路和驱动电路的要求,设计了辅助开关电源.基于IR2110设计了MOSFET的驱动电路,给出了自举回路和过电流保护电路的计算和设计方法.同时,基于数据采集卡PCI-6220和LabVIEW设计了一套开关磁阻电动机测试系统.该系统在低速电动车和观光车等特种车辆上实践成功,并在贵州新能源汽车基地实现产业化.
针对开关磁阻电机设计了一套电机性能测试平台,对电流、电压、转速、扭矩、温度等数据进行采集、显示及分析.硬件方面通过电压、电流、温度传感器采集数据,设计了相应的放大、隔离调理电路,选用了NI的PCI-6220型数据采集卡.软件方面通过LabVIEW编程设计,对采集的信号进行滤波、变换、分析、显示及通信.经实际测试,该测试平台能准确显示出开关磁阻电机运行状态下的各项参数、动态波形,为分析电机性能、运行特性提供了依据.
With the development of network technology and multimedia technology, the scale of the teaching resources on the net-work becomes pretty large. How to recommend the resources to the learners according to the needs of the learners has become a hot issue in the recent years. However, because of the collaborative filtering recommendation algorithm taking the trust relation-ship between the users and target users so less, it is difficult to resist the recommendation of malicious users, and ensure the credibility and accuracy of the results. To solve the above problems, on the basis of traditional filtering algorithm, introducing the trust relationship between users into the algorithm, and combining the similarity of the traditional filtering algorithm with the trust degree in weighted linear method, we propose the title. The simulate experiment results show that, compared with the traditional collaborative filtering recommendation algorithm, the proposed method not only improves the accuracy of the recommendation, but also ensures the credibility of the results.
本文基于对电动汽车快速充电的目的,设计了一台额定功率为8 kW的样机.输入为单相交流市电,采用AC-DC和DC-DC相结合的电路结构,利用DSP进行控制.通过与沃特玛BMS结合所做的充电实验,可以看出该样机具有结构简单、安全可靠的优点,满载时输出电压纹波低于5%,效率可达到87%左右,能满足电动汽车快速充电的要求.
The power batteries for electric vehicles are composed of multiple single cells in series, whose performance could not be exactly the same. In order to solve the problem of the inconsistency between the batteries, a inductive energy storage component was introduced in this paper, the equalization between the adjacent two batteries battery was realized by way of energy transfer under the discontinuous inductor current mode. In circuit topology structure,the voltage of the battery itself was used as a driver of external power source without a dedicated driver chip to control the switch. This equilibrium method is small in size with low cost. Because the use of light coupling, it has the characteristics of high efficiency for that the equilibrium circuit itself will produce loss only under the condition of the equilibrium, The problem of the inconsistent between the batteries in series was effectively solved through the analysis of the model of equalization circuit, configuration parameters of the circuit.
开关磁阻电动机是一种起动转矩大、机械强度高的特种电机,区别于传统电机的是它的正常运转依赖于对转子位置实时精确的测量.针对开关磁阻电动机在实际应用过程中由于编码器的机械安装误差所造成的各种问题做了详细的分析,并提出在电机出厂调试时,通过对A,B,C逐相通电,监测光栅编码器外圈速度脉冲的倍频信号,最终以修改控制量的方式对转子位置进行校正.经现场实验证明,校正效果良好,方案可行.
通过STC90C516 RD+单片机采集开关磁阻电动机光栅编码器的转子相对定子的3个位置信号及其转速信号,用串口将数据传送到上位机.通过LabVIEW将采集到的信号进行合理的数据运算和处理,并且将数据文本输出,显示位置和速度信号的波形,来判断光栅编码器的性能是否符合标准.结果表明,该系统具有检测精度高、稳定性高、成本低廉和实现容易等优点.
As one of the important parts of PEV (Pure Electric Vehicles), the efficiency and power density of DC/DC converter are important indicators of its performance. The efficiency of hard-switching DC/DC converter is low, so it can’t meet the requirements of PEV. To overcome such kind of problems, a DC/DC converter of 12V-30A output for PEV with LLC half-bridge resonant circuit and synchronous rectification technology is presented in this paper. Firstly, the operational principle of LLC half-bridge resonant circuit is analyzed in detail. Then the parameters of resonant network are designed based on theoretical analysis and verified. Finally, an experimental prototype of 12V-30A output for PEV is built and the efficiency is over 90%. The experimental results and running performance in PEV of the presented DC/DC converter is good enough to replace the 12V Lead-acid battery, which has broad application prospects.

A high-precision grating encoder is adopted to detect the position signal of the rotor of the switched reluctance motor in relation to its stator as well as the signal of rotation speed. The position signal is used to determine the forward / reverse rotation of the motor and the opening sequence of the three-phase. The improved M / T method is used on single-chip microcomputer to test the motor rotation speed. The results show that this method has such advantages as high measuring accuracy,wide range of speed measurement,high stability,low cost and easy implementation.
针对30 kW电动汽车用12/8极外转子开关磁阻电机(SRM),通过有限元软件Ansoft对其进行设计,得到其静态模型的数据。通过MATLAB/Simulink模块建立SRM双闭环控制模型,进行SRM电动状态和再生制动状态下的仿真。为增大SRM的起动转矩,减小其起动电流及转矩脉动,在电流斩波、角度控制、PWM斩波控制下,引入与模糊电流补偿相结合的控制策略。仿真结果表明该模型及控制策略减小了转矩脉动,实现了电动汽车用SRM电动和再生制动的要求。

The power converter of switched reluctance motor for electric vehicle uses asymmetric half- bridge structure. The drive circuit of switched reluctance motor was designed using infineon's coreless transformer isolated drive chip1ED020I12- FA. The basic structure and work principle of 1ED020I12- FA was introduced in detail,and the design of IGBT drive circuit was presented. According to the experiments,the IGBT drive circuit output is stable,IGBT can be switched effectively. The IGBT drive circuit has high reliability and stability.
Based on Bouc-Wen differential hysteretic model,an improved smooth hysteretic model which can take account of stiffness degradation,strength decay and slip pinching effects of inelastic structures is proposed.In the proposed model,the stiffness degrading rate is controlled by parameters associated with the maximum displacement ductility attained in the cyclic loading history.The damage index based on displacement and dissipation energy is adopted to describe strength decay of the inelastic structure.By introducing the slip-lock element,the pinching characteristic is included in the model.Nine control parameters are used to control the hysteresis loop shape in the proposed model,but it is possible to generate a large variety of different shapes of the hysteresis loops through modifying suitably only six of them associated with stiffness degradation,strength decay and slip pinching characteristics.The proposed hysteretic model is used to simulate the seismic tests of reinforced concrete columns characterized by bending failure and shear failure modes.It is found that the model can simulate the hysteresis loops of reinforced concrete members with different failure modes well.
Total 350 recorded earthquake waves in the past 43 earthquakes are used for nonlinear time history analysis of single-degree-of-freedom(SDOF) systems.The strength reduction factor spectra for 4 site conditions related to elastic period and displacement ductility ratio of SDOF systems are obtained using statistical and regression analysis.Regular bridges are transformed to equivalent SDOF systems.A simplified method for determining the maximum inelastic response of regular bridges directly by elastic response spectra analysis and strength reduction factor spectra is proposed.In the proposed method,the force-displacement relationship of the SDOF system is constructed using moment-curvature analysis of the plastic region section of bridge piers.The soil-foundation interaction is considered.The natural period and maximum pier top displacement of a 32 m simply-supported railway bridge subjected to rare earthquakes are calculated using the proposed simplified method and nonlinear time history analysis method,and results show that the proposed method is effective.The proposed method can be used for seismic design of new bridges as well as seismic assessment of existing bridges.
