With the development of higher education becoming popular in China,a number of graduates reveals a geometric growth trend.However,this trend will make the employment pressure growing up and the addition of employment difficulty.Because of the intense competition for jobs,employers often violate graduates' employment rights.The weakness of protective awareness of graduates' employment rights is one of the important reasons.The paper puts forward effective measures to promote the status of protective awareness about graduates' employment rights in the form of questionnaire.
