在没有富氧烧结的条件下,在本研究的前期工作中对预烧结时间与双层布料上、下层厚度的比例关系进行了优化实验并开展了工业试验,取得了双层烧结大幅增产的效果,烧结矿质量满足高炉冶炼要求.但双层预烧结工艺存在下层烧结矿强度差的问题,针对该问题开展了双层预烧结传热与成矿行为的研究,结果表明:双层预烧结热状态烟气性质与单层烧结完全不同,其烧结料层结构和性质更为复杂;双层预烧结料层中下部反应气体为上层废气,含氧量低,导致中下部部分区域烧结矿矿化不充分,烧结矿结构有些疏松;双层预烧结上部料层为单层烧结过程,中部料层为预烧结形成的烧结矿带,该料层烧结过程与单层一致;下部料层与上部料层同步进行烧结的双层预烧结过程,其传热与成矿行为与常规的单层烧结完全不同.本研究工作将为后续改善双层预烧结工艺烧结矿质量提供理论支撑.
随着传统高品位铁矿石资源的日趋枯竭,烧结用铁矿石资源已经从赤铁矿类型逐渐转变为复杂综合的铁矿类型.但某些铁矿石的杂质和烧损较高,细粒级比例较多,严重影响了烧结性能和烧结矿质量,如烧结矿品位、强度和固体燃耗等.磁铁精矿具有含铁品位高、杂质低的特点,而且在氧化时能够释放出大量的热量.配加磁铁精矿不仅可以改善烧结矿质量,而且还具有减少烧结燃料消耗的潜力.然而,大多数磁铁精矿是经过处理后的铁矿粉,其粒度非常细,会对烧结料层透气性产生很大的负面影响,从而影响烧结过程,不利于烧结生产率的提高.在调查了磁铁精矿烧结特性的基础上,回顾和评论了高配比磁铁精矿烧结技术的最新进展,包括添加剂技术、原料预处理技术、预造块技术、复合烧结技术、气体燃料喷吹技术、双层预烧结技术等.通过分析烧结料层的透气性和控制烧结过程中的化学反应,论证这些新技术在高配比磁铁精矿烧结中的潜力,期望充分发挥磁铁精矿的优点,改善100%磁铁精矿或高配比磁铁精矿烧结混合料的烧结性能,为高生产效率条件下生产出优质低耗的烧结矿提供理论依据和技术方案.
超厚料层烧结可提高烧结矿成品率和转鼓强度,降低烧结固体燃料消耗和污染物排放,代表铁矿烧结的发展方向.但当烧结料层厚度超高700 mm时,烧结矿产率会下降.为此,本文对双层预烧结新工艺进行了一系列研究,结果表明:双层预烧结新工艺可明显提高烧结矿产率,提产效果明显,但烧结矿转鼓强度有一定程度下降,其主要原因是烧结过程料层下部缺氧;通过适当延长预烧结时间,可缓解料层下部缺氧问题,明显提高烧结矿转鼓强度.在鞍钢炼铁总厂二烧车间360 m2烧结机和4、5号高炉开展近7个月双层预烧结工业试验,烧结矿增产16.11%,高炉顺行情况良好,高炉利用系数、燃料比及风量与基准期基本一致,表明双层预烧结新工艺在生产实践上完全可行.
万利铁精矿为高硫高镁低硅精矿,粒度满足造球生产要求.矿物中硫以硫铁矿形式存在,镁以碳酸镁形式存在,含硫和含镁矿物散布在大的磁铁矿颗粒之间,解离度高.考察了万利矿配比对造球参数、焙烧参数等球团生产指标的影响规律.试验结果表明,提高预热和焙烧温度措施,可显著提高球团的焙烧效果.万利精矿配比为70%左右时,抗压强度可以达到2200 N,FeO质量分数符合一级品标准.工业生产结果表明,球团矿的高温膨胀性能良好,均在12%以下;低温还原粉化和还原度指标热态冶金性能良好.
依据鞍钢炼铁工艺参数,利用铁矿石综合品位法和模拟单烧计算法对鞍钢自产精矿和常用外购铁矿粉进行经济性评价;利用修正后的冶金价值评价法对鞍钢常用块矿进行经济性评价,对铁矿石综合品位和模拟单烧计算品位的关系进行拟合.以模拟单烧计算品位为依据,分别对自产精矿和外购粉矿综合品位计算公式进行修正,修正后的评价方法能够指导企业铁矿石采购和降低炼铁成本.
In order to increase the output of sinter and improve its quality with achieving the target of energy-saving and consumption-reducing, the new method of optimizing the ore proportioning for sintering was innovatively proposed and as a result the process by application of intelligent ore-proportioning was achieved instead of the traditional process in Ansteel. And also the improper production processes for pelletizing during sintering was corrected so that the massive technical transformation on the processes for pelletizing during sintering by one cylindrical granulator instead of sixteen disc granulators was fulfilled, which can provide the valuable basic data for China to choose the granulating equipment for sintering in the future. In addition the new method to optimize the particle-size composition of fuels to be sintered was innovatively proposed by the single-type lattice method based on statistical mathematics. For the first time it was proposed not to use the magnesia flux during sintering to achieve the operation of BF with low content of magnesium oxide in slag. Finally the suitable technological parameter for sintering process and the basicity of sinter as well as the proper content of ferrous oxide were determined. Based on above research results the new sintering process with super thick-bed of materials was developed and thus the key scientific research which should be carried out in the field of iron-making materials in Ansteel was put forward.
通过改变冷轧激光焊机的焊接工艺,进行生产高强钢冷轧钢带的对比研究,得出生产冷轧高强钢最适宜的激光焊接工艺.试验证明使用具有前后预热系统的激光焊机,并选择合理的焊接工艺,使得高强钢的焊缝具有很好的韧性,轧机断带率也大大降低.
为实现热轧带钢断面凸度和局部高点的准确预报,基于模型、传递和遗传等多因素考虑,从轧机承载辊缝对带钢断面形状的传递效应角度出发,建立起热轧带钢断面形状修正模型,定量分析了带钢厚度和压下率等条件对修正系数的影响.数学模型的有效性得到了生产试验验证,不仅提高了带钢断面形状仿真系统的计算精度,而且为热轧带钢断面形状的准确预报与控制提供了重要的技术支持,并将其应用到鞍钢1 580 mm七机架热连轧机的生产实践中,取得了良好的使用效果.
鞍钢股份是国内大型钢材生产企业,主要业务为生产及销售热轧产品、冷轧产品、中厚板及其他钢铁产品. 项目建设背景 海路运输是承担鞍钢钢铁产品物流的主要载体,海运的顺畅直接关系到鞍钢生产工艺流程、生产计划执行及生产经营的顺畅以及对客户所购产品到货及时性、成本经济性、信息完整性的保障.本项目上线前,手工作业使管理人员难以把精力集中到研究如何优化海运物流方案上来;客户经常因为信息不完整,增加库存并增加资金占用;供应链上的物流合作单位因信息缺失,不能实现优化物流决策,造成物流成本较高.
The grade 500 MPa heavy cold rolled slide steel used for a high-capacity refriger-ator is trial-manufactured by adopting two kinds of composite designs for the low alloy high strength steel and carbon structural steel. The mechanical properties, micro-structures and forming property of the steel are analyzed based on comparison. Analytical results show that using the composition design for the carbon structural steel is more suitable than that for the low alloy high strength steel in producing a heavy cold rolled slide steel.
According to the shape control theory and actual working condition, the type configuration of a 1580 mm hot-rolled finishing mill train was researched. Roll contour of back-up roll and work roll with the type adaptation was devel-oped based on the middle bending force, which expanded the adjustment ability of bending force on roll gap, and technolo-gy system of shifting roll matching work roll contour was established, which formed the combined control technology of sine curve work roll+VCR back-up roll, long stroke shifting roll and strong bending roll. The production practice showed that long stroke WRS technology discretized the roll thermal deformation and made the work roll wear curve flat and smooth, and combining roll contour and bending roll technology can keep normal bearing roll gap shape, which achieved good control of shape and profile of hot-rolled strip.
For the urgent need of meeting market and saving energy,the research of work roll same width rolling kilometer was put forward,and the simulation system of strip profile was established based on coupling the metal deformation model and rolls elastic deformation model etc.Taking local high point of strip as control object,the relationship between same width rolling kilometer and local high point was researched in different rolling mode.The simulated calculation and production experiment shows that work roll rolling kilometer is obviously restricted by same width strip in ordinary rolling mode,compared to ordinary mode,the reasonable shift roll rolling can greatly improve same width rolling kilometer,and local high point of strip is effectively controlled,therefore the research results has the important direction meaning and practical value for organizing production and making change roll system.
The causes leading to the defects of blasting holes formed on the surface of an aluminum-zinc coated steel sheet during production are analyzed,and thus it is confirmed that the blasting hole defects are mainly caused by such factors as different chemical characteristics on the part of the aluminum-zinc alloy coating,different thermophysical properties and defects of the aluminum-zinc alloy coating.Based on the said analysis,the defects of blasting holes occurred on the surface of the aluminum-zinc coated steel sheet can be avoided by taking such measures as improving the surface quality of the aluminum-zinc alloy coating and roughness of skin passed rolls,decreasing the defects of porinesses or pores formed on the surface of the aluminum-zinc coated sheet as well as improving the curing temperature curves of the coated steel sheet,and as a result the coated steel sheet can meet the quality requirements demanded by consumers.
To simply and objectively evaluate strip profile,a new way of profile evaluation was presented for original strip of cold-rolled production,and the simulation system of strip profile was established based on coupling the metal deformation model and rolls elastic deformation model etc.The influence of composite roller contour on strip profile and feasibility of profile evaluation way were quantitatively analyzed by numerical simulation,and the accuracy of mathematic model was verified by simulated calculation and production experiment,then provided the important technical support for controlling of hot-rolled strip profile.Research results show that bad strip profile caused by wear and thermal crown of roller may be properly repaired by sound original roller contour,and strip profile is greatly improved.
Against the problem of additional local waviness of uncoiled strip caused by local high spot,the destabilization waviness model was established,and the critical destabilization value of additional local waviness was deduced based on strip energy theory and local high spot layers stress model.The influence of local high spot on additional local waviness of uncoiled strip was quantitatively analyzed by numerical simulation.The reliability of mathematical model was proved by simulation calculation and production experiment,which provided the important guide basis for solving additional local waviness of uncoiled strip in production.The research results show that with local high spot value increase,critical compression stress value of destabilization waviness will be reduced,and additional local waviness of uncoiled strip is more likely to occur.
