The integration of ethnic traditional sports into physical education in colleges and universities can not only contribute to the enrichment of physical education class teaching content and further improve the comprehensive quality level of students,but also realize the inheritance and development of ethnic traditional culture. Research methods such as literature and logical analysis are used to study the development strategies of ethnic traditional sports in local colleges and universities. It is considered that ethnic traditional sports have the characteristics of varied contents and forms,meeting the basic needs of working people and an important form of ethnic interaction;due to the extrusion of western mainstream sports,ethnic traditional sports have the problem of relatively single items in the sports curriculum setting system of local colleges and universities. The strategies for the development of ethnic traditional sports in local colleges and universities mainly include:innovation of the concept of college physical education curriculum resources,innovation of ethnic traditional sports teaching methods and enrichment of ethnic traditional sports activities.

Literature material, mathematical statistic and comparative analysis methods were used to comb the balance-competition concept, the influencing factors, the controlled experiences and the calculating methods. A comparative analysis was made on the balanced competition of league game CBA and NBA in the recent ten seasons. The result indicated: the CBA and NBA in the recent ten seasons are in a higher competitive imbalanced state, and the difference of CBA and the NBA league's competitive balance is not remarkable; The competitive imbalance of CBA and NBA tendency is not improved with the increasing level of rofessionalism. Finally, the suggestions of improving competitive balance in CBA league were proposed.
