Based on the WSR theoretical analysis framework,this paper excavates the antecedent variables affecting knowledge stickiness,introduces knowledge stickiness and external social capital into the study of the functional mechanism of knowledge stickiness antecedents on knowledge integration,and uses the structural equation model and the hierarchical regression analysis method to make an empirical study.The results indicate that knowledge stickiness plays a complete intermediary role among knowledge complexity,process stickiness and knowledge integration,and a partial intermediary role among knowledge sender stickiness,knowledge receiver stickiness,subject distance stickiness,situational factor,subject relationship stickiness and knowledge integration.The external social capital plays a positive or negative modulating role in the relationships between knowledge stickiness antecedent variables and knowledge stickiness,though the negative modulating role of the external social capital in the relationships among the knowledge sender stickiness,subject relationship stickiness and knowledge stickiness is not significant.
The Ga’erqiong-Galale ore-concentration area,located in the western segment of the Bangong-Nujiang metallogenic belt,is a skarn (porphyry) copper-gold ore concentration area where significant exploration breakthrough has been achieved in recent years. The Gaerqiong and Galale copper-gold deposits have been discovered in this ore concentration area. The types of the intrusive rocks include GL (Galale) granodiorite,GL granite porphyry,GL diorite,GE (Gaerqiong) granite porphyry and GE quartz diorite. Geochemical characteristics indicate that the ω(SiO2): 53.68%~80.78%,ω(Al2O3): 8.51%~16.91%,A/CNK: 0.54~1.11,implying that the intrusive rocks are of metaluminous-weakly metaluminous calc-alkaline-K calc-alkaline stocks. Geochemical characteristics of trace elements and rare earth elements indicate that the intrusive rocks are enriched in Rb,Sr and Th,and depleted in Ta,Nb,Hf,Zr,Yb and Ti. All the intrusive rocks have negative anomalies of Nb,Ta and Ti,and the GE granite porphyry deficits Sr and Ti especially. Distinguishing of the petrogenesis type indicates that GE granite is granite of S-type,others are granite of I-type. Identification of tectonic environments suggests that the intrusive rocks in ore concentration area were formed in the stage of the collision uplift after the closing of the Bangong-Nujiang Tethys ocean.
Using the method of element analysis,this paper sums up the key factors which influence the knowledge acquisition in the innovation of the complex product system,constructs a theoretical analysis framework based on WSR,and uses the structural equation model to make an empirical analysis of the constructed theoretical analysis framework.The results show that the key influencing factors of knowledge acquisition in the innovation of the complex product system are knowledge expressiveness,knowledge embeddedness,knowledge heterogeneity,incentive mechanism,communication mechanism,motivation and intention,knowledge absorptive capacity,knowledge transfer ability,knowledge identification ability and knowledge mining capacity.The influence of IT capability and knowledge search ability on knowledge acquisition is not prominent.The results will provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the extraction of the key influencing factors of knowledge acquisition in the innovation of the complex product system and for the improvement of the performance in the innovation of the complex product system.

The Hardat Tolgoi Pb-Zn Deposit, located in the assembly belt of the North China Plate and the Siberia Plate, is a new medium-sized Pb-Zn deposit in the Erenhot-Dongwuqi polymetallic ore belt. Based on the field exploration, study of fluid inclusion, and H, O, S and Pb isotopic compositions, this paper discussed the fluid evolution and metallogenic mechanism of the ore deposit. Fluid inclusions study suggests that the mineralization homogenization temperature ranges from 195℃ to 408℃ with an average of 332.5℃, the salinity from 1.40% to 11.93% NaCleq. with an average of 4.87%NaCleq., and the density 0.61 g/cm3 to 0.89 g/cm3 with an average of 0.72 g/cm3. The histogram diagram shows two peak values, one ranging from 230℃ to 250℃ may be related with metallogenisis; the other from 350℃ to 370℃ may represent the early metallogenic fluid temperatrue. It was estimated that fluid formed under the pressure of about 13.0 MPa and the depth of about 1.3 km. Test results of the Laser Raman analyses indicate that the ore forming fluids belonged to the H2O-NaCl system with little CO2. The study of hydrogen and oxygen compositions indicates that the ore-forming fluid of the Hardat Tolgoi Pb-Zn deposit mainly derived from magmatic water mixed with meteoric water. S and Pb isotopic compositions of the ores are characterized by narrow change range and relatively homogeneity, with δ34S of 4.0‰ to 6.1‰; 206Pb/204Pb of 18.311 to 18.467, 207Pb/204Pb of 15.590 to 15.636, 208Pb/204Pb of 38.253 to 38.393. Both the S and Pb isotopic compositions of ore indicate that the metallogenic materal were derived from magma. All of this suggest that the Hardat Tolgoi Pb-Zn deposit is a shallow mesothermal deposit.
