深入研究了汽轮机叶片标识技术及方法,研制出叶片各阶段标识的方法及使用设备,建立了基于SAP的标识管理系统,并实现叶片标识的全流程追溯,经过反复试验验证,效果显著,已经在全公司汽轮机叶片制造过程中得以全面推广和应用.
本文针对开式整体叶轮的数控加工,通过加工工艺研究,确定了加工工序和机床、刀具选用策略,并基于三维编程软件UG实现了高效、优质的多轴数控编程,最终成功加工出质量良好的整体叶轮,验证了该技术的可行性.
通过合理分析研究,改善工艺与数控加工方案,将原先在五轴数控机床上集成加工完成的该型叶片加工流程,改进为由四轴卧加、四轴立加与五轴立加机床协同完成的数控加工工艺流程,保证产品合格率,降低加工成本,提高生产效率.
This paper provides the background that has inspired the metal selective laser melting ( SLM ) technology and the breakthrough of 3D printing of blade metal, followed by introduction of the work flow of the blade SLM technology for hydraulic model runner. As per the flow, the research focused on four geometric analysis, support design, structure optimization, as well as SLM equipment and metal grade selection. Thys results show the SLM technology can provide reliable and feasible method for its purpose.
Blade is one of kernel components of equipment including steam turbines, aero-engines, air-blowers, and so on. Its main function is to convert kinetic energy to mechanical energy. Design and manu-facturing level of blade molded surface have close connection with efficiency of equipment including steam turbines, and so on. At the same time, it is also a typical and difficult processing part in machine manufac-turing. Aiming at processing characteristics of steam turbine blades, in order to enhance processing quality and efficiency of blades, moving blades are carried out integration processing with small Ferrari five-axis NC machine tools. The paper mainly analyzes and researches the influence of integration processing craft and precision of each axis of machine tools towards integrated processing. It gets the importance of machine tool accuracy unification and advantages of integrated processing.
The steam turbine blade moulding surface is a quite complex kind of curved surface parts. Aimed at the problem of quite low production efficiency, due to the conservative cutting feed rate generally adopted in the processing, the idea of optimizing the cutting feed rate of the steam turbine blade moulding surface made from square steel of selected material was come up. Based on the a?nalysis of cutting feed rate optimization principles during the rough machining and semi?finishing of the steam turbine blade moulding surface, it was proposed of two optimization strategies, i. e., the constant material removal rate rough machining strategy and the con?stant thickness cutting semi?finishing strategy. The experimental result proves that based on the constant material removal rate rough ma?chining strategy and the constant thickness cutting strategy, the effects are obvious, the production efficiency is highly improved and the cost is also reduced.
The integrally-shrouded pump impeller is generally taken to the welding process.In this paper,using a five-axis CNC machining technology,the overall processing of the pump impeller.Through the efficient processing strategy,the tool axis interpolation and tool axis optimization technology research,five-axis simulation technology,high-quality completion of the integrally-shrouded pump impeller developed.Especially due to take the tool axis optimization techniques to overcome the processing blind;take the high-efficient machining strategy to improve the efficiency of the impeller machining.Testing data showed that the surface accuracy control within ± 0.05mm.Manufacturing quality and production efficiency reached advanced domestic level.

According to the characteristics of the open-integrated impeller,a highly efficient multi-axis N/C machining processing technology was proposed.The processing was divided into rough machining and finish machining: the roughing is conducted through processing method of 3+2 axis based on IPW and cavity milling,so that big margins can be removed and uneven distribution of local margins can be solved,while the finishing through resetting the u and v parameter lines of the driving surface,and through controlling the tool-axis vector with the interpolation of the boundary point.The machining practice shows that this processing technology can improve the processing quality and shorten the manufacturing cycle efficiently.
Based on VERICUT Software,the paper researched virtual manufacturing technology of integrally-shrouded impeller,which relates to keys technology of virtual manufacturing system such as modeling of multi-body dynamics system,machine tool digital structure,cutting system structure,and NC system simulation.Practice showed that the technology can improve the processing quality and shorten the manufacturing cycle efficiently.
NC machining to disc milling tool was researched with Powermill through optimizing tools,parameters and the NC program.Roughing and finishing tool paths were generated and processed.High-speed milling to root of disc milling is accomplished.Product accuracy and efficiency are ensured and the machining cost is reduced.
