某砖混结构住宅楼经结构安全性鉴定,部分墙体竖向承载力及抗震承载能力不满足规范要求,部分梁板损坏严重、承载能力不足,因此必须对其进行加固才能继续使用.对比分析现有抗震加固方法的适用性和经济性,论证得出超高性能混凝土(UHPC)面层加固法可以更好地提高墙体承载能力和变形性能.因此,工程采用UHPC面层加固法加固墙体,最大限度地减少上部结构自重的同时,满足抗震性能要求.工程抗震加固方案经济合理、安全可行,对类似抗震加固工程有一定的借鉴意义.
A rectangular laminar shear rectangular soil box was designed and fabricated that consisted of multilayer steel frames to minimize the influence of the boundary effect of soil boxes used for the soil-structure shaking-table tests. Omnidirectional rolling bearings were placed between the vertical adjacent frames of the soil box, allowing the frame to rotate in any direction out of plane. The dynamic characteristics of the laminar shear soil box are analyzed based on computer modeling and the shaking table's movement. Results showed that the natural frequency and damping ratio of the laminar shear soil box were considerably different from those of the soil sample. The acceleration of time history and the frequency spectrum of each measuring point at the same depth of the soil sample were highly consistent, and the boundary effect index associated with each measuring point was low. The influence of the boundary effect can be effectively eliminated using the laminar shear soil box; therefore, it can be used in the soil-structure shaking-table tests. 为探讨分片预制装配式综合管廊的抗震性能,在总结国内外综合管廊抗震分析方法的基础上,以山东某实际工程背景,基于反应位移法采用有限元软件SAP2000建立相应的数值模型,对该综合管廊进行抗震设计分析与验算,并分析多种荷载组合工况对该结构内力大小及其分布的影响规律.结果表明:多种荷载工况条件下,最不利弯矩、剪力主要集中分布在侧墙与顶板之间位置;管廊通常可直接按照荷载标准组合进行抗震设计,但对于高烈度地区,地震作用组合可能起控制作用;分片预制装配式综合管廊在设计拼接截面处受力较小,有利于预应力筋的连接布置,而角部控制截面承载能力经验算亦满足设计要求.
某既有砖混结构住宅楼经过鉴定,墙体普遍竖向承载力及抗震承载力不满足要求,必须进行墙体加固.依据现有加固规范及加固方法,对比分析了砖砌体墙抗震加固方法的适用性,得出UHPC面层加固法显著提高墙体的承载能力和变形性能.通过提出具有抹面工作性的UHPC配合比,进行了墙体面层加固设计,并阐述UHPC加固砖砌体墙的施工步骤及避免墙体剥离的加固构造措施.结果表明,加固后砖墙的受压及抗震承载力能够达到设计要求且减少上部墙体自重.
考虑到土箱边界效应对土-结构振动台试验的影响,设计并研制了一种由15层钢框架叠合而成的层状剪切型土箱,通过在层层框架间设置嵌有滚珠的牛眼轴承,使框架可沿平面外任意方向转动.采用ABAQUS数值模拟和振动台试验相结合的方法,对土箱的动力特性进行分析.结果表明:土箱自振频率和阻尼比与模型土的自振频率和阻尼比相差较大,土箱不会对模型土的自振特性产生不利影响;土体内同一深度处各测点的加速度时程和傅里叶谱吻合度较高,各测点的边界效应指数较低.土箱能够较好地实现土体边界条件以及剪切变形的模拟,用于考虑SSI效应的振动台试验可行.
隔震建筑构造是影响隔震建筑减震效果的重要因素之一,但现阶段的工程应用表明,隔震构造技术的设计不够科学与细致,隔震节点构造施工质量不被重视.为进一步规范隔震构造结构的施工,福建省编制了建筑结构隔震构造地方标准图集,现针对图集的主要技术进行说明,主要包括竖向隔震缝与水平隔离缝的取值、典型节点设计、隔震支座防火构造、隔震支座置于地下室底板以下隔震构造做法、隔震层下部墙体构造做法、预埋钢板设计、下预埋钢板定位以及剪力墙下隔震支座的布置,以便设计与施工单位更好地理解图集,进而更好地指导隔震建筑工程施工.
The Pengzhou Women and Children hospital building is made of frame structure system with base seismic isolated by rubber bearings.In this paper,the design of base isolated structure of this project is presented.The large finite element MIDAS program is used to analyze dynamic time history of the base-isolated and the base-fixed structure.The earthquake response of building at the same seismic condition is compared with natural vibration period,floor shear,floor deformation,floor acceleration between the base-isolated structure and the base-fixed structure.The results show that the responses of the base-isolated structure are remarkably less than those of base-fixed structure at the same seismic condition.
