在子弹光成像理论的基础上,应用CCD器件,结合自适应滤波理由,提出一种雾中成像系统的设计思路.原始输入信号和参考信号经自适应抵消器滤波后,消除蛇行光信号和噪声信号,得到子弹光信号,最后在监视器上输出清晰的图像.
The distinctive acoustic signal emitted by plasma while laser welding diamond saw is regarded as a signal which is produced when a carrier wave with frequency of 16kHz is modulated with a periodical signal with frequency of 300Hz. A method to obtain the diagnostic signal, the acoustic feedback control system and the principle of laser welding diamond saw are described in the paper. Experimental results prove that in terms of welding qualities, acoustic feedback method is better than ordinary laser welding method.
