为了解决采矿作业中容易冒顶的安全问题,进行了液压木支柱护顶的采矿试验.通过使用水压支柱临时支护顶板,保证了作业人员安全,同时降低了矿石贫化、损失率.
针对某矿进路采矿循环进尺小、炮孔利用率低的问题,通过优化爆破参数,把单层楔形掏槽改为双层楔形掏槽,加大掏槽孔装药系数,以单循环进尺米数、掏槽孔利用率、炸药单耗等指标作为评价爆破效果优劣的标准.试验结果表明,在某矿进路采矿中采用双层楔形掏槽能够取得良好的爆破效果,并且能够取得一定的经济效益.
某铁矿露天坑挂帮矿前期采用分段空场法开采,在开采过程中形成了一个总体积超过120×104 m3的特大采空区.通过分析采空区处理的一般方法,结合采空区现场调查情况、地表允许塌陷以及下部采用无底柱分段崩落法开采的特点,选择爆破崩落法进行处理.经对比分析硐室爆破、扇形深孔爆破设计方案的优缺点,最终在F53断层附近采空区顶板薄弱地段,利用扇形炮孔微差爆破技术使采空区与地表贯通形成泄压天窗,使采空区逐步自行垮冒,垮落岩石充填空区作为下部无底柱分段崩落法覆盖层,不仅实现了采空区安全处理,并且最大限度地节约了成本.
中深孔爆破落矿是我国地下金属矿山应用较为广泛的方式之一,但在扇形炮孔的实际应用中,由于各种因素的影响,爆破后产生大决比较多,导致二次爆破作业量增大,出矿效率降低.本文分析了产生大块的原因,对降低中深孔落矿大块率的有效途径进行了研究、试验,采用“大孔底距、小抵抗线”技术优化爆破参数,实践证明采用优化后的爆破参数能够降低中深孔爆破落矿的大块率.
谦比希铜矿从矿体下盘围岩至铜矿体按岩性可划分5类岩层(矿)层,分别为长石石英岩、粗砾岩、泥质石英岩、底砾岩及泥质板岩(矿体)。根据岩体稳定性与开采方式差异,将巷道划分为Ⅰ~Ⅴ类,不同巷道岩体稳定性不一,岩体性质对垂直岩体或沿走向的巷道支护影响较大。结合巷道特点及开采技术条件,巷道采场支护采用分级支护方案,并严格按照标准进行支护,在实际工作中取得了较好效果,具有推广价值。
Based on the ore characteristic of fine disseminated and mainly occurred in the state of microscopic and ultra-microscopic gold,the closed-circuit test was conducted by the flowsheet of flotation followed by leaching through scheme comparison. The grade of gold concentrate obtained by flotation was36.6 g/t with recovery of 38.22%, and the operation recovery of leaching process reached 82.01%(total recovery 50.66%),and the total gold recovery of flotation and leaching process was 88.88%.
It has been a research subject to timely,safely and effectively extract ore pillars after ore chambers are stoped in open stope mining.Based on blasting experiences in block stoping process of Shouyun Mining Company,crown pillars between mined-out chambers are stoped.The sequence of pillars to be stoped,blasting scheme and characteristics of stoping process are described in detail.The practice displays a safe,effective way to stope crown pillars in the block stoping method with sublevel drilling with 300,000 t of ore being extracted,achieving good social and economical benefits.
