Under the background of COVID-19 epidemic, starting from the perspective of user satisfaction in the process of user's using news App, the research explores the relevant factors affecting user satisfaction based on the process of user's browsing news. Through user survey and literature research, combined with factor analysis method, the research sums up 13 factors affecting user satisfaction with the interface usability of news App. It uses decision-making experiment method to analyze and research 30 pcs of online and offline questionnaire data and draws cause and effect diagrams. Finally, it concludes that the three key factors affecting the user satisfaction with interface usability of news App are the factors: image, image-text layout, interface clarity; and the factor that affects other factors to a large extent is interface clarity. Finally, it clarifies the relationship among the relevant factors affecting user satisfaction with the interface usability of news App, further analyzes the problems existing in the current news App at the level of human cognition, and puts forward some relevant suggestions for the improvement of user satisfaction with the Interface Usability of news App.
With the opening of the two-child policy, the user base of children’s hospitals continues to expand. However, in the service environment of children’s hospitals, the service targets are not single; their direct users are children, but parents also play a key role. Therefore, this paper redesigns the children’s hospital outpatient service system based on the service design process under the double diamond model in four stages: discover, define, develop and deliver. In this paper, we optimize both the service system and the service touchpoints. At the service system level, the design of the consultation app simplifies part of the consultation process and improves the consultation efficiency, thus saving parents’ time and relieving children’s anxiety; at the service touch point level, the use of a guide robot instead of a manual contact saves labor costs and optimizes the interaction form of the robot to improve children’s consultation experience.
The technological revolution of the past few decades has brought about some future inventions. Technological breakthroughs are largely driven by information revolution: Internet connects the world, and mobile computing makes this kind of connection become ubiquitous. The research summarizes 12 related factors affecting consumer’s purchase of smart speaker with the method of literature analysis combining with user survey. It uses decision-making laboratory method to analyze and study 40 pcs of online and offline questionnaire data and draws cause-and-effect diagram. The finally obtained three main factors affecting consumers’ purchase of smart speaker are price factor, brand factor, and function factor; It clarifies the relationship among the relevant factors greatly affecting consumers’ purchase of smart speaker, and further analyzes the problems existing in the product innovation design of smart speaker, thus putting forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions for seeking the breakthrough point in product innovation design.
With the emergence of community-based and high-end senior care facilities, more and more seniors are choosing to spend their twilight years in senior care facilities. The ensuing problem is that the meals served in senior care institutions often fail to meet the individual needs of older adults. Based on the pain points of the dining process, this study designed an emotional product for the dining process of older adults through preliminary field research and expert interviews. It provided a new personalized design for the dining system of senior care institutions by using the form of cards, allowing older adults to participate in the dining process by completing emotional feedback after the meal, the study aimed to provide suggestions and guidance for future senior dining design.
