根据蚕种繁育种茧品质检验要求,对春秋季饲养的9·芙、7·湘4个原原种主要经济性状进行了抽样调查。通过数理统计的方法,推断各品种各季别各主要经济性状的差异,为制定湖南省现行桑蚕原种质量种茧品质检验标准奠定了基础。
According to examination requirements for quality of stock cocoon,main economic characters of eight protospecies,such as 9·Fu,7·Xiang,Dong·Ting,Bi·Bo etc.bred in the spring,were spot checked.By using mathematical statistics method to calculate the average values for main economic characters of each variety,and the confidence limit of the average values were calculated with certain confidence coefficient.The results indicated that there were significant differences in coefficient of variation among varieties and economic characters.
Based on method of evaluation of technology and economy,the optimizing design for the transmission system of the feeding system of the CS02-model silk floss machine was established.We adopt the 2-grade deceleration straight-tooth gear box instead of the V belt with 2 worm wheel box equipments,which results in the produce cost decreased by 40%,the weight decreased by 1/3,the trouble rate declined,and operation and maintenance easier for the new model one.The intensity of gear cover touching calculate power and the degree of gear root bending are all less than the power which permit used.Test of pulling the floss silk for 4 000 h showed that the operation of this new floss silk machine is safe and smooth.
In this study, we found that the main influence factors on the quality of the floss silk were the length of pin, the cocoon shell and wadding of pupa, then designed the soft press roller and gill faller to reduce the silk tops. The results showed that the 3 soft press rollers with 80 mm in diameter and 450 r/min in speed could keep 3-4 mm length of pin out of the floss in order to puncture the floss layer and increase the weight of the single floss. When the soft press roller worked together with the gill faller, the silk tops of the floss could be reduced from 10 piece/m2 to 1-2 piece/m2.
