用机械合金化的方法制备了一种Mo/Cu复合材料,研究了其机械性能的影响因素。结果表明:Cu含量达到15%以后球磨的固溶效果将不明显。烧结温度在达到1200℃时致密度达到最高,而此温度下Cu含量超过10%过饱和固溶体为不稳定态,会导致部分Cu元素游离出来。铜含量越高致密度也越高,但会使材料的机械性能下降。
After Selective Laser Sintering and debinding and pre-sintering,the Mo powder form loose metallic skeletons. During the post-processes of vacuum-pressureless infiltration,the metallic liquid can infiltrate through the skeletons favoring because the primary driving force is capillary force,and the primary resistance is concreting-resistance and viscosity-resistance. After analyzing the forces of the metallic liquid Micro Cell in capillary when the Micro Cell flowing stably,can get the minimum temperature when infiltrating by establishing equilibrium equation; and can get the holding time that Infiltrating completely by establishing the differential equations of motion when the metallic liquid infiltrating.
