Due to the limited number of antennas in the radio interference array, the complete sky image information can not be obtained in the Fourier space, which makes the reconstructed image obtained by inverse Fourier transform of the measured data appear artifacts, resulting in the ambiguity of the details of the radio source.In order to further improve the quality of image reconstruction, adopt a radio image restoration scheme based on residual condition generation adversarial network and applies it to SKA simulation data. The model can recover the original image from the degraded image under undersampling after optimization training. Experimental results show that compared with the commonly used radio image clean algorithm, the proposed deep learning algorithm has a significant improvement in the image index PSNR and SSIM, and can better restore the brightness distribution map of celestial bodies.
本文主要对股票预测的方式进行改进,使预测结果更接近真实数据.以往的股票价格预测研究大多简单地将股票价格作为序列数据,通过模型进行训练预测,或者只是通过分析新闻文本、股民评论的情感倾向预测股票价格的涨跌,这都不能全面地对股票价格进行考量.本文通过参考影响股票实际价格的多种因素,对股票价格预测结果展开研究.本研究提出新的模型M,该模型结合了时间序列预测以及文本情感分析两种方法,采用的均为LSTM的拓展模型,分别是DA-RNN、BiL?STM-Attention.一方面,通过分析对比XGBoost、LSTM与DA-RNN的实验结果验证了DA-RNN在时序预测实验中的有效性;另一方面,采用BiLSTM-Attention模型作为调整股票预测值的主要方法,使预测结果更加具备可解释性.本研究通过改进的股票价格预测模型M来进行股票价格的预测.实验结果表明,在海康威视股票数据集中,当文本情感倾向的权重值设置为0.01时,MAE、RMSE值均达到最小,即预测效果最好.
针对平方公里阵列射电望远镜(SKA)观测到的射电天文图像在各种因素的影响下存在不同程度的噪声问题,本文提出将3维块匹配滤波算法应用在SKA图像去噪上,结合空域思想和转换变换的方法来提高图像质量.实验结果表明,经过BM3D算法去噪图像的峰值信噪比平均达41.1809 dB,去噪效果明显;去噪后的天文图像的结构相似度相比非局部均值算法提升了15.25%,比中值滤波提高了近一倍;图像特征相似度均在0.9以上,其细节特征保留更好,视觉效果更加明显.
Taking the plant landscape of Aha Lake National Wetland Park in Guiyang City as the research object,the investigation of garden plants was carried out.According to the characteristics of wetland park functional division,the wetland landscape area,the theme plant display area and the entrance plaza area were evaluated and analyzed by using Scenic Beauty Estimation(SBE) method of the school of psychophysics to study the relationship between scenic beauty estimation value and plant arrangement form and ornamental characteristics.The results show that the landscape evaluation of the wetland area>the landscape evaluation of the theme plant display area>the landscape evaluation of the entrance plaza.The evaluation to the landscape scenic beauty among the different investigated groups was highly consistency.
