目前,师范生专业实践能力的培养存在重理论轻实践、学习与运用相脱节、课程结构不合理等问题.因此,应合理安排教学技能课程,加强"三笔一话"的训练和培养教学技能;调整专业知识结构,重视教育实践;鼓励学生参与教学实践活动,构建专业技能培养体系;组织活动提高教研能力,以更有效地培养高师生专业实践能力.

Based on the structure of the memoryless BFGS quasi-Newton method,a new three-term LS-type conjugate gradient method is presented,which possesses the sufficient descent property without any line search.Under the Armijo-type line search,the method possess global convergence for nonconvex function,and linear convergence rate for the function with twice continuously differentiable and uniformly convex.Preliminary numerical result shows that the method is efficient.
