对供试的4个抗虫组合进行抗虫性观察和生态适应性、生育期、主要经济性状、丰产性等鉴定研究。结果表明,4个组合的抗虫性、产量及经济效果表现显著。
According to the investigation and analysis on yield and component factors of three wheat(Triticum aestivum L.) cultivars,Zhengmai 9023,Xiangmai 55 and Xiangmai 25 during 2009~2012,effective spike number had the most significant positive correlation with actual production(path=0.412 5);1 000-kernel-weight was the second(path=0.2872);while grain number per spike had the lowest(path=0.151 7) correlation.The results of correlation analysis and path analysis were consistent.The variation coefficient of 1 000-kernel-weight during different year was the highest,followed by effective panicle;the lowest was of grain number per spike.In order to reach the maximum yield,the breakthrough should be realized on increasing the grain number and 1 000-kernel-weight based on the optimum effective spike number,and coordinate the relationship among the three indexes.
The pressure,temperature and time of extracting volatile oil from Asian mint by supercritical CO2 method were studied through orthogonal experiment.The results showed that pressure has the greatest impact on extracting ratio;while time had minimal impact.The optimized extraction conditions were,pressure,12Mpa;temperature,55°C;time 1.5h.

With the solution to the cultivation of novel,good and special vegetables and the characteristics of Foshan climate and vegetable taken into consideration,four cultivation patterns,which were suitable for novel,good and special vegetables,were proposed. They are the combination of large and fine items,the growth of short-term leafed vegetables in the near suburbs,the combination of various-sized vegetables in the further suburbs and the three-dimentional pattern for mixed cultivation.These patterns provide technical support for the annual cultivation of vegetables.
The impact of Mentha haplocalyx Britq.essential oil extraction on the soaking time, solvent usage, microwave processing time and drying temperature of four factors were studied.The results showed that various factors on the impact of volatile oil extraction rate from strong to weak were as follows: soaking time, drying temperature, solvent, microwave processing time.The best combination of M.haplocalyx Britq.essential oil extraction was A3B3C2D1,that was the soaking time 5h, solvent 600mL, microwave processing time 40s, drying temperature 30℃ .The volatile oil extraction rate of the combination was 2.23%.
Three male-sterile as female lines and six male inbred lines were used to make 18 combinations using incomplete di-allel cross.The general combining ability,specific combining ability and heritability of vertical foot-path,horizontal foot-path and weight of tumorous stem mustard were determinated.There was no obvious difference of vertical foot-path among combinations.The general combining ability was more important for vertical foot-path than specific combining ability.Both general combining ability and specific combining ability were the same important for tumorous stem mustard weight.For the weight of tumorous stem mustard,the combination of female Ⅰ and male Ⅳ was the best,with the general combination ability of 0.87 and 1.972 for the parents respectively,and the specific combining ability of 3.948.For the quality of the vertical foot-path,the combination of female Ⅰ and male Ⅷ was the best,with the general combining ability of 0.535 and 1.907 respectively,and the specific combining ability of 0.819.
