Hypothetical testing is an important content of mathematical statistics.This article is introduced the principles and the results of hypothesis testing,briefly expounded the setting principles of original hypothesis and alternative hypothesis,applied one-way rank variance analysis and two-way rank variance analysis two kinds of hypothesis testing methods to solve the nonparametric test problems,and simplified the calculation process.

In the field of distributed database,the distributed deposition and redundancy of the data bring convenience to resume from the break-down system,but make the distributed query processing become more complicated,so how to query data quickly and accurately what customer wants have become an important problem in distributed database system.The characteristics of distributed database are introduced in this paper,common used query optimization algorithms are provided are provided,and the method of selection algorithm is given.
Elman Neural Network has been an efficient system identification tool in many areas.Howev- er,one of the problems often associated with this type of network is that the speed of learning is too slow.To solve this problem we propose an improved algorithm which uses Rporp algorithm,and apply this method to the Boolean Series Prediction Questions to demonstrate its validity.The simulation result shows that the proposed method can speed up the original ENN algorithm and get good results for the prediction tasks.
