The invention discloses a high-compatibility soluble glass modified polyurethane grouting material and a preparation method thereof. The grouting material is prepared through mixing and grouting a component A and a component B according to a volume ratio of 1:1; the component A comprises, by mass, 40-60 parts of polyphenyl polymethylene polyisocyanate, 15-35 parts of a hydrophilic segment-containing polyurethane perpolymer, 25 parts of an ester curing agent, 0.01-0.1 parts of a catalyst, and 0.05-0.15 parts of a stabilizer; and the component B is liquid sodium silicate water glass with the modulus of 2.0-3.0 and the Baume' degree of 40-50DEG Be. The above product has the advantages of flame retardation, excellent antistatic performance, good mechanical performances, no foaming when meeting wet coal rocks, no reduction of the reinforcing strength, moderate viscosity, operation benefiting, and long shelf life.
The invention discloses a low-temperature antistatic grouting solidifying material and a preparation method thereof. The grouting solidifying material, which is low in heat storage temperature and antistatic, comprises, by weight, 100 parts of isocyanate, 70-100 parts of polymer polyatomic alcohol, 0.5-2 parts of tin catalyst, 10-50 parts of flame-retardant diluent, and 10-30 parts of graphite. With the graphite modified polyurethane grouting material, antistatic performance of the grouting composite can be optimized utilizing conductivity and heat conduction of graphite, and heat transfer in the grouting solid is promoted in the mean time. Heat storage temperature of the grouting material is remarkably lowered, and potential risks are reduced.
The invention relates to a polyvinyl alcohol fiber enhanced polyurethane grouting reinforcement material and a preparation method thereof, wherein a component A and a component are mixed together for grouting reinforcement; the compound A is mixed by the following components by weight percent of 40%-65% of isocyanate prepolymer, 10%-35% of fire retardant and 2%-5% of antistatic agent; the component B is formed by mixing the following components by weight percent of 20%-40% of polyether polyol, 0.1%-1% of catalyst and 0.5%-5% of polyvinyl alcohol fibers; the polyvinyl alcohol fibers are 4.0mm to 10.0mm long and have the diameter of 14.0 microns; the breaking strength of the polyvinyl alcohol fibers is greater than or equal to 10cN/dtex; the initial modulus of the polyvinyl alcohol fibers is greater than or equal to 220cN/dtex. After being solidified, the polyurethane grouting reinforcement material provided by the invention has high tensile strength, compressive strength and bonding strength, and is good in mechanical properties, low in production cost and applicable to industrial production.
The invention discloses a high-strength low-heat-release mining flame-retardant grouting reinforcement material and a preparation method thereof. The flame-retardant grouting reinforcement material is obtained through mixing and solidifying a component A and a component B which are two low-viscosity liquids, the component A is obtained through mixing 60-80 parts of an isocyanate prepolymer, 10-38 parts of a flame retardant and 2-3 parts of an antistatic agent, and the component B is obtained through mixing 30-40 parts of polyether polyol, 0.1-0.5 parts of a catalyst, 10-25 parts of a diluting agent, 10-30 parts of an epoxy resin and 10-25 parts of a phenolic resin. The flame-retardant grouting reinforcement material has a low reaction heat release during solidification and has a highest reaction temperature of below 110DEG C, the obtained reinforcement has a high strength and a good caking property with coal rocks, the bonding strength, the sand consolidating strength and the compressive strength of the material are not below 30MPa, not below 8MPa and not below 60MPa, and the grouting reinforcement material has an obviously higher flame retardation property than a simple polyurethane grouting material.
