企业经营发展过程中，销售业务是一项重要内容，销售业务的开展，是以签订销售合同为前提的，销售合同合理是否科学、销售业务内控是否到位，直接影响着企业经济效益与发展，为实现经济效益目标，规避合同风险，做好销售业务内部控制工作具有重要的现实意义。本文首先概述了企业销售合同管理的重要性；其次分析了企业销售合同风险及原因；最后探讨了加强销售合同管理提升企业销售业务内控水平的对策。

Pleurotusne-brodensis is a nutritious edible fungus and currently in short supply in the domestic market. In its anti-planting season, there is a gradual increase of CO2 concentration in cold stores that influences the yield and shape. To address this problem, a new type of CO2 absorber is introduced, which can well control the CO2 concentration of anti-season planting in ice freeze room. The concentrations of CO2 in the different stages of pleurotusne-brodensis growth in cold stores are tested and the CO2 concentration gradient changes within the scope of different heights are inspected as well as the changing speed of CO2 concentration during the middle and later period in cold stores. The operation manner of CO2 absorber in cold stores for anti-season planting of pleurotusne-brodensis is put forward.

The necessity of disinfection in urban sewage treatment factories is introduced in this paper.The current disinfection techniques in urban sewage treatment factories are analyzed and compared in the aspects of features,technical approaches and economy,in which technical approaches and features of ultraviolet disinfection are emphasized as influencing factors are analyzed.It is stated that the ultraviolet technology will replace the traditional method of chlorination in sewage disinfection and be the optimum choice for disinfecting urban sewage.
