2022年8月20日,由中国自然辩证法研究会、中国自然辩证法研究会工程与社会发展专业委员会主办,西北工业大学学科建设办公室、马克思主义学院,南京大学马克思主义学院联合承办,《自然辩证法通讯》《浙江社会科学》《福建论坛》《学海》《西北工业大学学报》(社会科学版)等协办的"工程与社会正义学术论坛"暨"中国自然辩证法研究会工程与社会发展专业委员会"成立大会在云端召开,来自全国各地的100余人参会.与会学者围绕"工程与社会正义"这一主题进行了深入研讨.
In this paper,based on the theoretical analysis of influencing factors for farmers' willingness to participate in agricultural insurance,logistic regression model is established for the survey data of 503 households in Chongqing,and the study shows that the factors on the farmers such as sex,age,educational level,level of household net income,risk expectation for natural disasters,expectation for agriculture product prices,insurance payment levels and efficiency of insurance payment affect the willingness to participate in the agricultural insurance significantly,in which risk expectation for natural disasters and expectation for agriculture product prices are the most important ones,while the non-agriculture income level and government subsidies have no significant influence on the farmers' willingness.

In this paper, on the basis of theoretical analyzing how FDI affect urban-rural income gap, using the panel data of province between 1992 and 2007, the results show that FDI inflow can restrain the expanded tendency of the income gap between urban and rural. Furthermore, FDI is the endogenous variable of reduction of the income gap between urban and rural. In the control variables, fiscal expenditure is the key factor of the tendency of the income gap between urban and rural, but the economic growth and the physical capital accumulation can reduce the income gap between urban and rural significantly. While the human capital accumulation and the level of opening-up have no remarkable impact on the income gap between urban and rural.
