High-fat diet (HFD)-induced obesity is a crucial risk factor for metabolic syndrome, mainly due to adipose tissue dysfunctions associated with it. However, the underlying mechanism remains unclear. This study has used genetic screening to identify an obesity-associated human lncRNA LINK-A as a critical molecule bridging the metabolic microenvironment and energy expenditure in vivo by establishing the HFD-induced obesity knock-in (KI) mouse model. Mechanistically, HFD LINK-A KI mice induce the infiltration of inflammatory factors, including IL-1β and CXCL16, through the LINK-A/HB-EGF/HIF1α feedback loop axis in a self-amplified manner, thereby promoting the adipose tissue microenvironment remodeling and adaptive thermogenesis disorder, ultimately leading to obesity and insulin resistance. Notably, LINK-A expression is positively correlated with inflammatory factor expression in individuals who are overweight. Of note, targeting LINK-A via nucleic acid drug antisense oligonucleotides (ASO) attenuate HFD-induced obesity and metabolic syndrome, pointing out LINK-A as a valuable and effective therapeutic target for treating HFD-induced obesity. Briefly, the results reveale the roles of lncRNAs (such as LINK-A) in remodeling tissue inflammatory microenvironments to promote HFD-induced obesity.
为筛选出适宜的无土栽培模式,比较了水培、水泥砖苗床式气雾培和梯架式气雾培对上海青生长发育和产量的影响效果.试验结果表明,采用气雾栽培方式种植上海青,其株高、叶片数、根长、单株质量和根冠比等均优于水培种植,且梯架式气雾培种植上海青的综合表现较好.
导读:高糖度番茄是指糖度7°以上、硬度0.8 kg/cm2以上的浓桃色番茄果实,这类番茄营养好、风味佳,但对栽培技术有一定的要求,通过品种选择、栽培设施和以控为主的水肥管理等关键技术措施,能种植出较高品质的高糖度番茄.
通过对10个甘蔗新品种(系)第2年宿根(2019年)进行比较试验,分析各参试品系宿根综合性状表现,评价其在柳州地区的区域适应性,为蔗区良种推广应用提供一定的依据.试验结果表明:宿根性状表现较为突出的品种(系)有桂糖10-434、桂糖09-563、桂糖08-259、桂糖08-591、SP80-3280,在桂中地区具有较强的适应性,表现出较好的丰产、稳产及抗逆性,具有一定的推广应用前景.
[目的]研究甘蔗宽行距种植与当地常规行距(1.0 m)种植对宿根蔗产量和品质的影响效应以及不同品种对不同行距的适应性,探索适应不同收获机型的甘蔗品种和甘蔗宽行距宿根管理技术,为甘蔗机械收获的大面积推广提供依据.[方法]在新植蔗种植行距试验的基础上,留宿根观察,以桂糖29号、福农39号和粤糖60号3个优良品种为供试甘蔗品种,设3种种植行距(1.0、1.2、1.4 m),对其在3种种植行距下农艺性状进行研究.[结果]种植行距1.4 m处理,桂糖29号每667 m2含糖量734 kg,比对照增产26.99%,粤糖60号宽行种植处理与对照接近;桂糖29号和粤糖60号在宽行距种植下其农艺性状、产量性状综合表现均优于对照,对宽行种植具有良好的适应性.[结论]福农39号在宽行距种植上不具有优势,不适宜进行中大型机器种植管理;桂糖29号对宽行距种植具有良好的适应性,生产上可采用1.4 m行距作为适宜机械化全程种植管理的最佳行距;粤糖60号对宽行种植也具有良好的适应性,生产上可采用1.4 m行距作为机械化全程种植的最佳行距.
通过对甘蔗新品系桂糖08-1589进行1年新植2年宿根的试验种植观察,以新台糖22号为对照品种,了解该品系在柳州的种植表现.试验结果表明:桂糖08-1589新植出苗率及宿根发株率均高于对照新台糖22号,较抗黑穗病、梢腐病等,有效茎数多、成茎率高、宿根性强,具有较好的高产、稳产性.
选用粤糖60号作为试验材料,开展新植甘蔗不同盖膜方式的效应研究,研究在不同地膜和不同盖膜方式下甘蔗农艺性状、 工艺品质、 产量性状和生理指标等方面的表现.结果表明:在不同的盖膜方式下,覆盖光降解除草地膜平均产量高于覆盖普通透明地膜,双行盖膜方式平均产量高于单行覆盖普通透明地膜;覆盖普通透明地膜平均蔗糖分要高于覆盖除草光讲解地膜,双行盖膜方式蔗糖分高于单行盖膜;不同地膜的增温效果不同,其中覆盖普通透明地膜的增温效果最好,覆盖光降解除草地膜普通黑色地膜增温效果最差;在不同的盖膜方式下,覆盖普通透明地膜的甘蔗萌芽率最高,单行盖膜平均萌芽率高于双行盖膜萌芽率;在覆盖黑色地膜下很少生长有杂草,其他地膜都生长有少量或大量杂草.综合各项表现评价,认为使用双行覆盖光降解除草地膜为新植蔗最佳盖膜方式.
To predict and assess the production conditions of sugarcane in Guangxi in 2016, by using methods of field survey and data collection, the seedling situation, breed structure, planting area, planting period, plant diseases and insect pests of sugarcane in six major sugarcane producing cities of Guangxi were surveyed. The results show that the overall situation of sugarcane seedlings in Guangxi in 2016 became slightly worse than that in 2015, but there were enough good sugarcane seedlings in 2016. The dead heart rate of sugarcane decreased in most sugarcane regions from 2015 to 2016, that is, the comprehensive control of borers gave initial results; the smut infection rate of sugarcane rose from 2015 to 2016 and tended to increase. The situation of decrease in the planting area of sugarcane in three consecutive years was controlled, and the planting area of sugarcane increased slightly from 2015 to 2016. Due to the construction of “double high” bases, the breed variety of sugarcane in Guangxi was improved further in 2016. It is necessary to strengthen field management and conduct chemical weeding, prevention and control of borers and aphids in the later period in time.

The results showed that the seedling situation of sugarcane in 2016 was worse than that of the last year, but the seedlings were sufficient in number and good in quality. The borer infestation rate was lower than that in 2015, and the prevention and control of sugarcane borers has achieved a certain effect. The smut rate was higher than that in 2015 and tended to increase. The sugarcane planting area increased slightly this year after three consecutive years of decline in planting area. Thanks to the construction of "high-yield and-sugar" sugarcane producing base, the sugarcane variety structure in Guangxi sugarcane areas has been further improved. It was suggested to strengthen the field management in time, and to pay attention to the chemical weeding and controlling of sugarcane borers and aphids.
探讨福农39号、粤糖60号和柳城05-136等甘蔗新品种的适宜施肥水平,以当前的施肥水平为基础,采用裂区区组田间设计,对每个品种设置低、中、高、极高肥4个施肥水平进行了1年新植和1年宿根试验.结果表明,新植蔗的萌芽出苗率随着施肥量的增加而降低,分蘖率、蔗茎伸长速率和茎径随着施肥量的增加而有增大的趋势,提高施肥水平对新植蔗的蔗茎产量和蔗糖分的提高无明显作用,甚至有所降低;宿根蔗的有效茎数和蔗茎产量随着施肥量的增加而增加.可见,新植蔗宜采用低肥(N 270 kg/hm2、P2O5135 kg/hm2、K2O 270 kg/hm2)方案,宿根蔗宜采用极高肥(N 540 kg/hm2、P2O5270 kg/hm2、K2O 540 kg/hm2)方案.
