物业税的开征不仅仅是调节房价,更多的作用是体现在地方财政的改革上。本文通过分析物业税特点,指出物业税开征可以促进地方财政收入增加,并对物业税开征存在的问题提出了建议。
By making use of the characteristics for shorter key and higher security of elliptic curve cryptosystem and improved LSB, a solution for combing the elliptic curve cryptosystem and information hiding is presented. This paper describes a secret information hiding scheme based on elliptic curve cryptosystem and improved LSB. And the processes of embedding and extracting secret information in the scheme are discussed in detail. The detection on whether there exists secret information embedding could be implemented according to the characteristics of BMP images. And the results of information hiding achieved by this scheme are also given.
Aiming at the complex demand of grid access control, the current task-role -based access control model for grid was improved and a new model based on role-task role-based access control (G-R_TRBAC) was built. In G-R_TRBAC model, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) combined with certification management system was applied in the virtual organizational domains of the grid environment. The virtual organizational domain of the grid environment was an improved model from the task-role-based access control model, which could meet the requirements of multi-domain and dynamic characteristics in the grid access control.
For the purpose of protecting system resource, process behaviors anomaly at runtime was analyzed and summarized, and a program anomaly detection approach was put forward based on behaviors analysis. By setting check-points on running system, API hook under user-mode was used to detect process behaviors on operating resources, and Bayes algorithm was used to estimate the validity of program behaviors. An alarm would be given when detecting anomaly.
To investigate the measurement of free glutathione of both reduced or oxidized (i.e. GSH and GSSG) in plasma, and to evaluate the redox state of GGSH/GSSG in human plasma, both GSH and GSSG in plasma were measured by fluorophotometry based on the facts that one molar GSSG can be reduced to two molar GSH by dithiothreitol(DTT) under the condition of the pH being about 6.0, and GSH can provide both primary amine and thiol groups to react with the two carbonyl groups of O-phthaldehyde (OPA) to form a fluorescent ternary isoindole complex at pH 8.0. This method can at least measure 16 picomole GSH and 8 picomole GSSG respectively in the tube. The variation coefficient (CV) for intra-ssay and intera-ssay is about 4. 6% and 3.9% for GSH and 3.5% and 4.1% for GSSG respectively. The recovery of GSH and GSSG added to the plasma is (99.77% +/- 5.70)% and (99.28% +/- 4.73)% respectively. The concentration of GSH and GSSG in the plasma of young healthy volunteer is (16.5 +/- 2.4) nmol x mL(-1) and (1.7 +/- 0.35)nmol x mL(-1) respectively, without significant difference between male and female. This measurement method is simple with great sensitivity and selectivity for rapid measuring GSH and GSSG in human plasma simultaneously.
Aim To investigate the role of K562 cells conditioned media on redox state of human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs) and the role of buthionine sulfoxine(BSO), a selective inhibitor of γ-glutamylcysteine synthetase, on HUVECs cultured with K562 cells conditioned media. Methods Glutathione(GSH)、oxidized glutathione (GSSG)、NADP~+、NADPH concentration and the viability of HUVECs under various conditions were determinated. Results GSSG、GSH、NADP~+、NADPH concentration of HUVECs increased when HUVECs were cultured with K562 cells conditioned media. The inhibition of HUVECs growth by Bso enhanced when K562 cells conditioned media were used at the same time. Conclusion Under the effection of chronic myelogenous leukemia cells conditioned media, endothelial cells may be more sensitive to BSO.
In order to unveil the anti-angiogenic mechanism of triptolide, we investigated the effects of triptolide on the proliferation, migration, angiogenesis and u-PA expression of cultured HUVECs. MTT assay found that triptolide could inhibit the proliferation of HUVECs, and three-dimensional culture system revealed that triptolide could curb the migration of HUVECs. The chick embryo chorioallantoic membrane (CAM) test showed that triptolide could inhibit angiogenesis. Real time quantitive RT-PCR showed the expression of u-PA of HUVECs was down-regulated by triptolide. Therefore, triptolide may inhibit the proliferation and migration of endothelial cell by way of reducing the expression of u-PA. These findings may conduce to the elucidation of the anti-angiogenic mechanism of triptolide.
Objective:To build a useful method of isolation and culture of adult rat ventricular cardiomyocytes.Methods:Calcium tolerant cardiomyocytes were isolated with collagenase by Langendorff perfusion and cultured in serum-supplemented Medium 199.The cardiomyocytes were morphologically observed with optical microscope and evaluated through trypan blue dying.Results:Viability of freshly isolated adult rat ventricular cardiomyocytes,which were rod-shaped with clear cross-striations,was 60%~80%.The cultured cardiomyocytes attached to the culture plate bottom and gradually became rounded.Conclusion:Adult rat ventricular cardiomyocytes can be isolated and cultured well with the above method.
