We calculate the amplitudes of the weak radiative decay ..sigma../sup +/..-->..p..gamma.. by the method of QCD sum rules. The specific feature of the problem is that we have to consider bilocal power corrections with nonzero momentum, which reduce to the photon wave functions. The results agree with the present experimental data.
The importance of nondiagonal correlation functions in calculating hadron electromagnetic form factors is stressed. (AIP)
The possibility is considered of the existence of an exotic resonance containing at least a quark-antiquark pair and a gluon, with quantum numbers J/sup P/C = 1/sup - +/. We study the correlation function of two currents with these quantum numbers and calculate the power-law corrections to this function connected with quark and gluon condensates in the vacuum. The sum rules suggest a resonance maximum in the energy region near 1 GeV.
The total cross section of interaction of rho mesons at high energies is calculated in quantum chromodynamics in lowest-order perturbation theory. The result is in agreement with predictions of the additive quark model.
