新时期钢铁企业思想政治工作新情况和新问题．一是人们对思想政治工作的价值产生了认识上的偏差，部分员工认为：钢铁企业主要是抓生产，讲效益，虽然思想政治工作对企业经营管理有一定促进作用，但费力。耗时，收效不明显。

The drinking water deep treatment plant of the Refinery of Daqing Petrochemical Company uses ozone + activated carbon process. Since the activated carbon was converted to biological activated carbon using engineering bacteria activation technology, the quality of discharged domestic water has been improved greatly, the cost for changing activated carbon has been reduced, the backflushing water has been saved, and the economic benefit and social benefit have been significantly improved.

Objective To study the muscular pathological characteristics in myotonic dystrophy (DM).Methods Nineteen DM patients definitely diagnosed by clinical and electromyographic examination were enrolled in this study.The skeletal muscle samples were stained by histological staining and enzymohistochemistry,and were observed under light microscope for examing the pathological features of muscle tissue.Results The HE staining demonstrated that the degrees of muscle fiber atrophy in all muscle samples were varied.But degenerative and necrotic fibers were rare.Sarcoplasmic masses of muscle fibers were found in 7 cases.In histochemical MGT staining,the number of ragged red fibers in muscle fiber was different in 6 cases,and these sarcoplasmic masses were stained to be dark green.Meanwhile the sarcoplasmic masses were stained to be dark blue in NADH staining,which were easier to identify than HE staining.In ATPase staining,the abnormal phenomena of fiber type I and II distribution in 11 out of 19 patients.Conclusion Except for the frequent nuclear ingression,nuclear bag and nuclear chain,presence of sarcoplasmic masses and abnormal distribution of fiber types should to be considered as important character in pathological changes of MD,and muscle biopsy has determinate clinical significance for DM diagnosing and differential diagnosis.
