In order to improve the accuracy of the ultra short term forecasting model of wind power, original wind power time series are decomposed and reconstructed by wavelet transform to get corresponding high frequency sequences and low -frequency sequences. The corresponding autoregressive moving average model is established according to different sequences,as well as the Lagrangian multiplier test is mainly used to verify whether there is a Lagrangian multiplier effect,so as to establish the corresponding autoregressive conditional heteroskedasticity model or generalized autoregressive conditional heteroscedasticity model.The final forecasting results are obtained through the linear superposition and combination. Through the case study and the comparison with the forecasting results of several other forecasting models,the consequences show that the combination model of wavelet transform and time series can effectively improve the accuracy of the ultra short term forecasting model of wind power.
花生小区育种涉及品种多、小区处理多、每小区产量小,且严格要求小区之间和品种之间的花生不能混杂.为解决小区花生育种收获中存在的人工摘果费工、费时、效率低且容易出现混杂等问题,提出了半喂入式花生摘果装置总体方案:采用差相组配的对辊结构、回转直径可调节的直杆式、弓齿式和矩形齿式作为摘果元件,进行了花生摘果辊与摘果元件的结构与参数设计,研制出一种小型对辊半喂入式小区育种花生摘果装置.以辽宁省主栽的花生品种“花育30”为试验材料,对3种摘果元件的摘果性能进行了试验研究,结果表明矩形齿式摘果元件摘果效果最佳;以摘果对辊重叠距离、摘果对辊差相角和摘果对辊转速为试验因素,以花生摘净率、损伤率为试验指标,通过正交试验表明:摘果对辊重叠距离为10 mm、摘果对辊差相角为45°、摘果对辊转速为400 r/min时,花生摘果综合指标最优,摘净率为98.96%,荚果损伤率为1.03%.
Effects of choline chloride seed-coating on seed germination and the physiological and biochemical guideline of seedling in maize were investgated under low temperature stress through sand culture method.The results indicated that the germination percent-age,germination index and vigor index of maize with choline chloride seed-coating under low temperature stress were significantly higher than those of the uncoated controls,but the germination energy was a few higher than contrast.And the treatment with choline chloride seed-coating could significantly improve the control of seedling height,root length,stem diameter,dry weight per plant and the root-cap ratio.So it could help the strong seedling well.After low temperature stress,the chlorophyll content and proline about choline chloride seed-coating were all higher than contrast,the malondialdehyde(MDA) content and relative conductivity were lower than contrast.
Two inter subspecific hybrid DH population under 0.40 mmol/L NaCl stress were used to analyze genetic trait of seedling height by using major genes plus polygenes mixed model.The result showed that,seedling height was controlled by two major gene expressing cumulative effect and complementation,multi-gene heritability was 28.56% and 50.28%,minor-polygene heritability was 42.54% and 29.94%,environment controlled the rest of that.DH-2 population was more suitable for gene locating and clone in the following step because of the manifestations of multi-gene heritability and minor-polygene heritability and the separation degree.Genotype difference between two parents and the range of extreme value can be used as selection criteria when choose population for genetic analysis.
利用204对玉米SSR引物对4份血缘不同的高粱进行了分析,探讨其在高粱基因组中的通用性.结果表明,有75%的玉米SSR引物在高粱中有效扩增,但不同玉米染色体SSR引物的可通用率存在差异.多态性分析发现,有效扩增的引物中有37.3%能够在4份高粱种质资源中检测到多态性.说明玉米SSR引物在高粱中具有较高的通用性.
以辽宁省主要粳稻杂交组合为试材,研究稻穗上不同部位不同粒位间籽粒直链淀粉含量差异和遗传分布特点。结果表明:穗上不同粒位间籽粒直链淀粉含量差异显著,不同粒位籽粒直链淀粉含量存在显著遗传分离且与其亲本籽粒直链淀粉含量遗传分布存在显著不同。这种遗传分离是引起杂交粳稻米质下降的重要原因之一。
针对内陆苏打盐碱土pH值高的特点,分别利用0.30mmol·L-1NaC1和0.15mmol·L-1Na2CO3作为胁迫条件,研究了籼梗杂交形成的DH群体的芽期和苗期相关性状的伤害率.结果表明:各性状盐碱伤害率株系间存在明显分离,且Na2C03伤害率明显高于NaC1.NaC1胁迫条件下芽期和苗期伤害率平均值为8.70和24.93,Na2CO3胁迫条件下分别为19.38和59.73.芽期和苗期的综合伤害率分为高、中、低3个等级,比较发现芽期和苗期的耐盐碱性并不一致.NaC1和Na2CO3伤害差株系间存在很大差异,说明不同株系对碱性胁迫反应存在遗传差异,芽期和苗期的伤害差分为4个级别,其中芽期和苗期分别有36和30个株系的盐碱伤害差较小,平均值分别为-0.33和23.15.这些株系属于碱低敏感型,从中筛选出15个芽期和苗期对碱性环境均相对不敏感株系,两个时期的盐碱伤害差平均数分别为-0.62和23.03.籼粳杂交后代在耐碱性上表现出遗传分离,说明水稻存在抵御高pH胁迫的基因调控系统,通过遗传重组可以获得耐碱性强的品种.
