针对无轨道甘蔗柔性夹持输送装置链条张紧力大、功率消耗大等缺陷,该文研究了甘蔗收获机圆弧轨道式柔性夹持输送装置,通过对该装置的夹持输送链进行受力分析,建立了该装置的功率模型,并对该模型进行了试验验证.功率与链条预张紧力、输送线路长度、夹持力、轨道间距、夹持甘蔗数量、机车前进速度以及输送速度等因素有关,功率消耗与链条预张紧力、输送速度等因素成正比,而甘蔗种植密度、机车前进速度对圆弧轨道式柔性夹持输送装置的功率影响不大,总体上变化比较平缓.研究为甘蔗收获机夹持输送装置的设计提供了依据.
The movement mode of sugarcane about its movement process was confirmed by high speed photography test after being thrown out from holding and conveying mechanism of sugarcane harvester, the kinematics analysis of sugarcane was done, and the mathematic model was established. The condition of sugarcane stalks outward windrowing, theoretical calculation formula of windrowing distance and angle were derived. The influences of structural and movement parameters of the arc-track-type flexible holding and conveying mechanism and the sugarcane stalks geometric parameters on the conditions of sugarcane stalks outward windrowing, windrowing angle and distance were analyzed by Matlab programming. It provides theoretical basis for sugarcane harvester design and improvement of windrowing quality.
