以右旋糖酐工业废水培养产朊假丝酵母生产单细胞蛋白,对培养基和培养基条件进行了优化.结果显示,摇瓶培养基废水添加量为300 ml/L,初始pH值5.5,接种量5%,发酵温度25℃,培养时间72 h,在该条件下生物量为8.23 g/L,蛋白质含量为50.63%,COD去除率达到69.34%,和优化前相比,生物量提高了12.7%,蛋白质含量提高了10.6%,COD去除率提高了13.4%.
Experimental investigations of the dechlorination of chlorinated hydrocarbon in trichloroethylene production wastewater by zero-valent iron catalytic reduction,flocculation and sedimentation process were conducted.Results show that dechlorination efficiency of trichloroethylene is above 99% and the dechlorination efficiency of other chlorinated hydrocarbon is above 90%.Therefore,it offers an excellent result for the removal of chlorinated hydrocarbon from trichloroethylene production waste water to have the catalytic reaction under normal temperature and normal pressure at the mild reaction temperature.
