为掌握大理州弥渡县植烟土壤养分状况,采用GPS定位技术在全县8个乡镇采集116个样品进行分析测定.结果表明:(1)弥渡县植烟土壤酸碱度多呈微酸性及中性,占79.31%.(2)有机质质量分数处于适宜偏高的水平,但仍有7.76%的植烟土壤有机质质量分数低于适宜质量分数标准.(3)土壤碱解氮、速效磷、速效钾质量分数总体上处于中等水平.(4)土壤有效硼、有效钼质量分数偏低的土壤分别占到45.69%和64.66%,各乡镇均有分布.(5)土壤水溶性氯质量分数在适宜水平的仅占15.52%,其中质量分数偏低的比例达59.48%,质量分数偏高比例占25.00%.可见,弥渡县植烟土壤有效硼、有效钼普遍缺乏,水溶性氯的适宜比例极低.
In order to better know the distribution of available zinc in Dali tobacco growing soil and control zinc balance in soil reasonably, 1 131 soil samples were collected and analyzed. The results showed that: 1) The average content of available zinc was of 3.11 mg/kg ranged from 0.07 to 72.92 mg/kg with a variation coefficient of 146.95%. Only Yunlong, Yongping, Yangbi, Xiangyun, Weishan and Binchuan counties were zinc-deficient. 2) Soil types in the order of available zinc content were purple soil > paddy soil > red soil > alluvial soil > yellow soil. 3) By altitudes, the order of available zinc content were high altitude (>2 100 m) > low altitude (<1 700 m) > medium altitude (1 700-2 100 m). 4) Soil with pH of 5.0-7.0 was of higher available zinc content, which accounted for 70.55% of all samples. 5) The content of available zinc increased with the increase of organic matter content in soil.
6 major polyphenol in 5 main flue-cured tobacco cultivars for Hongta group in Dali was carried out using HPLC.The relationships between aroma type and polyphenol content were analyzed using the points of aroma type.The results showed that,chlorogenic acid and rutin were the major polyphenol,which were accounted for 92%.Polyphenol in different position and different varieties were different obviously.Different kinds of fen-flavor significant with tobacco the polyphenol content was a positive correlation significantly.The correlation between the points of aroma type and polyphenol content was positive significantly.
The field experiments on 4 different ways of fertilization, the conventional (CK), circular application at bottom of hole, fixed hole locating with a beer bottle, and double-layer application, were conducted at 4 sites in Dali, and the collected samples of tobacco leaves were analyzed. The results showed that the effect of fertilization with fixed hole was the best, circular application at bottom of hole better, the conventional and double-layer application worse. Comparing with CK, the yield and output value of tobacco leaves with beer bottle locating application were raised by 14.4% and 18.5%, respectively, and appearance and smoking quality were improved accordingly.
The causes of salinization of medium and its effects on seedling\|growing in float system were studied. The results showed that the degree of salinization of medium was closely related to the temperature, humidity and electroconductivity (EC) of medium during seedling growing process; salinization resulted in low emergence and seedling rate and poor seedling quality. The effects of the salinization of medium could be effectively decreased by reducing the content of salts in medium and keeping the EC(25℃) of its saturation extract ≤1160μs/cm.
