He has experience in the design, synthesis, redox, photochemical and photophysical properties of supramolecular systems, such as polynuclear compounds linked by bridging ligands, dendrimers, hybrid systems,... In general, the purpose of the work has been the development of functional systems able to respond to an external stimulus such as light or electrons (mimicking artificial photosynthesis or for application in optoelectronic devices)and the study of their photophysical and electrochemical properties using steady-state and high resolution time-resolved optical spectroscopy
