个人简介
My lab has been using a System Biology Approach combining experimental and mathematical/computational strategies to study the Drosophila gene expression network and the conserved NFkB/Dorsal signaling network in Drosophila and mammalian cancer cells. We perform immunohistochemical staining and fluorescent in situ hybridization (FISH) and develop automated image analysis tools. More recently, we are starting to use Drosophila as a model organism to study the activity of drug and nanoparticle.
