His current research areas include workplace aggression and victimization, emotions and well-being at work, and strategic human resource management. He has published articles in journals such as the Journal of the School of Management, Journal of Applied Psychology, Personnel Psychology, and Journal of Strategic Management. He has served on the editorial board of the Journal of Applied Psychology. He has taught courses in the areas of Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management at the University of Minnesota and Georgia Institute of Technology. He has received multiple research and teaching awards from the School of Management, the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, the University of Minnesota, and the Georgia Institute of Technology.
