Bio
Responsible, Sensory Project Manager and Panel Leader of the sensory analysis laboratory of CNR Institute of BioEconomy (IBE) in Bologna, since 2014. Has developed, on the basis of sensory science, methods for training judges for taste and tactile evaluation of food and no-food products, to perform discriminant, descriptive and dynamic sensory tests. She is an expert in food quality, sensory analysis and consumer science. Has experience in the use of specific software (FIZZ, Biosystemes, France) for the acquisition and processing of data relating to sensory tests.
