Mohammad has performed research on the Microwave region, THz, Infrared, and Visible range. he specifically did research on Terahertz applications with the aid of Graphene metamaterials. His focus was on Graphene-based THz antennas, absorbers, and filters. He did work to mathematically model the plasmonic effects of SPPs on graphene patterns. currently, he is working to practically learn various Nanotechnology techniques to fabricate some nanostructures for biological applications.
