个人简介
Arjun Mandal received the Ph.D. degree from Indian Institute of Technology Bombay (IIT Bombay), Mumbai, India, in 2013. His doctoral work and later on Postdoctoral work with IIT Bombay were on the effects of ion implantation on quantum dot based infrared photodetectors. The work in this paper was carried out by him during his work period with IIT Bombay. He had also worked on nitride based LED structures and arsenide based quantum cascade lasers during his Postdoctoral works with Chonbuk National University, South Korea and University of Wisconsin-Madison, USA, respectively. He currently works as a III-V compound semiconductor epitaxy specialist with Comptek Solutions Oy, Turku, Finland.
