Experience in quality management, food safety, statistical process control, food analyses, food and beverage technology, sensory analysis, viticulture and oenology . Expertise in research focusing on characterization of bioactive and volatile compounds in food and beverages using LC/mass spectrometry, and in vitro/in vivo studies of the health effects of these natural compounds.
