个人简介
Kristin Weger received the B.A. degree in Psychology and the M.A. degree in Psychology with a specialization in Industrial Organizational Psychology from The University of Alabama in Huntsville, Huntsville, AL, USA, in 2010 and 2013, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree in Psychology from Otto-Friedrich-University Bamberg, Bamberg, Germany, in 2017. She is currently an Assistant Professor with the Psychology Department, The University of Alabama in Huntsville. Through experimental design, she investigates new approaches for leadership and organizational development as well as human and communication behavior on the individual, team, and organizational levels.
