Andriani Asproudi research work includes: characterization of the aromatic and phenolic profile of grapes and wines; olfactometric characterization of wines and spirits; determination of Carotenoids in grape and of Thiols in wine and beer; several studies on the impact that bunch microclimate and climate change may have on the evolution and final content of secondary metabolites in grapes.
