个人简介
Andrea Notargiacomo received the Ph.D. degree in physics from Roma
TRE University, Rome, Italy, in 2003. He is currently a Staff Scientist at the Institute of Photonics and
Nanotechnologies, National Research Council of Italy, Roma, Italy. His research activity spanned over diverse topics
in the fields of nanoscience and nanotechnology. He worked on the CVD growth of IV group materials (Ge, Si) and the
study of mesoscopic devices in SiGe. He was in charge for the micro/nanoscale characterization of materials and
devices as well as for the development of novel lithography processes involving scanning probe, electron beam, and
focused ion beam equipments. He is currently involved in the fabrication and characterization of nanostructures and
energy harvesting devices based on zinc oxide. He is a Member of the organizing committee and Session Chair of
Biophysics at Rome 2014 conference, Rome, Italy, within the Tech4Bio/CNR initiative for the use of
micro/nanotechnologies in biophysics and biomedical applications.
