个人简介
Adil Saleem received the Ph.D. degree from Shandong University, China, in 2020. His research interest includes the synthesis and application of advanced anode and cathode materials with high performance for rechargeable Li/Na ion batteries. He explores the degradation mechanisms of advanced cathode materials (especially the Ni-rich NCM) with XRD, STEM, Ex/in-situ ss-NMR, and Ex/in-situ XAS. He has a good experience about the fabrication of Si3N4-based ceramic composites for the application of high-power electronic devices.
