个人简介
Agustín Ariño is Professor of Food Science & Food Safety in the University of Zaragoza (Spain) since 2010. Dr. Ariño received his B.S. and Ph.D. in Veterinary Sciences (majoring in chemical contaminants in foods) from the University of Zaragoza. After graduation, he was a postdoctoral research fellow in the University of Nebraska-Lincoln (USA), working on molds and mycotoxins. Currently, Dr. Ariño is the leader of the research group Analysis and Evaluation of Food Safety, designing research projects to support the risk assessment process for chemical and biological hazards in the food chain. In addition, Dr. Ariño belongs to the Micofood National Network of Excellence, which is dedicated to the different aspects of the risk assessment of molds and mycotoxins in food and feed.
