Bio

Alessandro Paolo Bramanti was born in Pavia in 1975. He received the degree in electronic engineering and the Ph.D. degree from the University of Pavia, Italy, and the Ph.D. degree in physics of matter from the University of Salento, Lecce, Italy. He has been with STMicroelectronics, Lecce, since 2004, as a Researcher. His research interests encompass molecular-scale and other innovative forms of electronics, nanoscale devices, lab-on-chips for diagnostics, and artificial intelligence. He has been a member of the STMicroelectronics Technical Staff since 2011.
