个人简介
Andrew Yu (acyu@mit.edu) received his B.S. and M.S. degrees in electrical engineering from Stanford University, California, in 2017 and 2018, respectively. He is currently a Ph.D. student in electrical engineering and computer science at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Cambridge, advised by Prof. Max Shulaker. His research focuses on system-level design and fabrication of monolithic 3D integrated circuits that leverage new nanomaterials, including carbon nanotubes and resistive random-access memory. In 2017, he interned in the SerDes Technology Group at Xilinx, Inc., San Jose, California.
