Malihi Z

I am a passionate researcher with an interest in epidemiological studies. I have worked with great research teams since starting a Ph.D in Population Health in the University of Auckland (Dec 2014), including ViDA study in Department of Epidemiology and Biostatistics, the Childhood Obesity research in the Department of Pediatrics: Child and Youth Health, School of Medicine and the Family Violence study in the Department of Social and Community Health, School of Population Health, University of Auckland. Currently, I am studying refugees and their settlement outcomes in New Zealand at the School of Counselling and Human Resources, Faculty of Education, University of Auckland which involves working with large data stored in the IDI (Integrated Data Infrastructure). My current project is on refugees' mental health service utilisation in New Zealand and mental wellbeing.
