Mrs. Aušra Pažėraitė is Dr. in Social Sciences (Management), Vytautas Magnus University, since 2003. Nordic Council of Ministers two years scholarship programme for training and studies in Nordic countries.
Teaching for more than 15 years at different Universities in an undergraduate, graduate course and Executive MBA. Expert in Marketing (Content marketing, Relationship marketing, Marketing and Sales strategies, Marketing research etc.) at Vytautas Magnus University. Commitment to helping university students develop their full potential in their studies. Strong philosophy of teaching, and knowledge of many different methods to motivate students to develop their expertise in specific areas.
Responsible as a director for Master's degree program Advertising management program. Solid ability to stay organized and on top of important deadlines when teaching a full load of classes each semester. Participated in different kinds of events and conferences as a participant, speaker or discussion moderator throughout the world to develop additional expertise. A distinguished record of publication in academic journals all over the world.
Also, Aušra Pažėraitė is a researcher at Lithuanian Energy Institute since 1998. Research interests: marketing decisions toward climate neutrality, welfare society, value creation. Preparation of energy sector strategy, market rules, pricing methodologies and other regulation instruments, and support schemes.
Extensive experience in business practices. Former member of the Board of JSC “Vakarų skirstomieji tinklai” and later on a member of the Board of Supervisors of JSC “Rytų skirstomieji tinklai”. Development of strategies at various levels, teaching and consultancies for national and international businesses entities. The outstanding achievements were appreciated by the award granted by WEC Lithuania in 2016.
