Avi (Avraham) Avital

In my lab we investigate attention processes (e.g.: selective, sustained and social) and the ability to perform social cooperation. We are utilizing behavioral, pharmacological, genetic, molecular and electrophysiological tools to understand the mechanism underlying both attention and social cooperation, and life circumstances that may affect these executive processes. The research encompasses three translation levels, starting with rodents through working-dogs and human subjects. Our bio-technological approach enables us to develop integration between custom-and self-made hardware/software and our behavioral and physiological approaches. https://bnl.net.technion.ac.il/
